Wonderful Hotel Experience
friendly service good facilities varied breakfast
The staff greeted me with smiles. Their friendly service was efficient. My Beautiful Double Room was well-appointed. It had very good tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast offered much choice. The cooked options were prepared with care.
I noticed a small tear on the curtain in my room, which could use mending.

I enjoyed dinner in the pub. The portions were generous (especially the children's meals). The hotel emailed to confirm my dinner reservation, which I found thoughtful. the food quality was high.

The service I experienced was helpful and efficient, with staff members displaying a pleasant attitude. Their attentiveness contributed positively to the atmosphere. They were ready to assist with requests.

The room was clean and large, containing comfortable armchairs near the beverage station. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower head and a wall attachment. I also found soft bath sheets.

Wonderful Stay at the Inn
delicious food friendly staff comfortable bed spacious room
The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly. Lilly was especially helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. The spacious room was clean and the bed felt comfortable.
I could hear conversations in the next room a bit.

Okay stay, some issues though
slow service forgotten drinks
The location was fine.
The service was slow, drinks WERE forgotten. We brought in a cake but were told we could be presented with it but not eat it there which I find so WEIRD. what we ordered we didn't get so in essence we got what we were given not what we ordered even after sending it back twice.

lovely stay i had
friendly staff wafer biscuits
the staff acted friendly and super helpful. my room included complimentary chocolate wafer biscuits and bottled water. the breakfast selection included both continental and cooked options. i booked dinner, and a pre-stay email allowed reservations. kids got big portions.
i did hear conversations through walls in next room even with the tv running.

the staff provided assistance with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. they also quickly addressed my request for extra pillows. the front desk offered luggage storage.

breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes made to order. the dinner menu had options for various dietary needs, like gluten-free. the bar served local ales and offered a selection of wines.

my room included blackout curtains and soundproofing. the bathroom had a rainfall showerhead and large, soft bath sheets. temperature controls operated efficiently in my room and i found them easy to use.

tender beef quick courses attentive service
the beef in the sunday roast was really tender, so i enjoyed that. all courses looked quickly. i noted the attentive service and the fact they are dog friendly.
